Each month I am adding to an on-going series of writings and works
about Fine Artists who work(ed), or are primarily working in the NYC
area. This month I produced a Layered Map of the World for NYC Fine Artist, Jonathan Lasker.

Oceans and Parks - Year 3 - updates and changes
Once again, I am
curating and organizing a unique Fine Art exhibition in late June 2013 (sorry for the late notice) located in Brooklyn NY, US of A. I can not discuss any other details of
the exhibition here. If you are interested in participating as a Fine
Artist or experiencing this recurring mysterious project, please e-mail me (studio@benknight.net). As before I'd be excited and happy to share all information with you by that means.

Artcodex, Ghost Modernism in Quartair, Den Haag
Last month I was in the second version of the Artcodex Ghost Modernism show in The Hague, Netherlands at Quartair Gallery.
I showed the EL wire based work, Spectral In-Sourcing.
Originally this was shown at Transparent Studio at Bose Pacia, Brooklyn.
Here are two writings on the show: One, Two. and Google translation of the 1st article.
Big shout-out to Brian Higbee for all his help.
Below is some documentation of the work.

New Installation Drawings pt.2
Like I said in an earlier post, my process for creating installations differs and evolves all the time.
Sometimes I make a drawing, other times I just work with the materials,
sometimes a combination of both. Here are two more drawings for installations
that I am curious about exploring.
