New light work, new light experiments

Below are some details of new light works I have been developing in my studio.

For a long time I was not sure if I wanted a website at all to represent my artwork. Finally I came to some realizations, conclusions and compromises.

I would rather you experience my work in person first even before you see it here, though this may be your introduction.

If you do choose to look at my work on this site first, I hope that it interests you enough to want to experience it in real life.

You may have noticed that there is no color photography on this site, except for older work (before 2002), this is by intent. Images can manipulate, deceive and can be completely inaccurate depending on computer monitor, website browser, etc...

This site shows some, if not all the colors of each work by the asterisk (star symbol) displayed next to respective material in the description. Example: Wood*, Paint*, Laser level*.

Most of the artworks vary in size tremendously, due to the nature of the work. If you are wondering what the size is for a specific piece in a specific image and installed time please click here.
